The rules for using Jijibisha.

Agreement

By using Jijibisha, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement or have permission from a parent or legal guardian where applicable.

The service

Jijibisha provides tools to organize routines, record workouts, view general exercise information, calculate training summaries, export data, and optionally back up training for authenticated web access. Features and platform availability may change as the product develops.

Subscriptions and billing

Jijibisha Pro is offered on iPhone and iPad as monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions. The purchase screen shows the current localized price, billing period, and included features before you confirm. Payment is charged by Apple to your Apple Account, not collected directly by Jijibisha. No trial or discounted offer applies unless Apple's purchase sheet expressly displays it.

A subscription renews for the same period until canceled. Apple begins attempting renewal during the 24 hours before the current period ends and controls billing, taxes, price-change notices, refunds, and payment recovery. You can manage or cancel in Apple Account subscription settings; canceling stops future renewal and normally leaves access available through the paid period. Applicable consumer and refund rights remain unchanged.

Pro currently removes Jijibisha's automatic ads and unlocks the Cobalt and Ember themes. The complete free workout logger remains available without a subscription. To confirm or restore a purchase, use both the Apple Account that made the purchase and the same signed-in Jijibisha account. Restore Purchases can recover an eligible Pro access for that Apple Account. Deleting a Jijibisha account does not cancel billing with Apple; cancel the subscription separately if you do not want it to renew.

Accounts

You are responsible for using accurate registration information, protecting credentials and verification links, and activity under your account. Notify Jijibisha if you believe an account has been compromised. You may not access another person’s account or bypass security controls.

Health and fitness

Jijibisha does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, or individualized coaching. Exercise instructions, routine templates, muscle maps, strength estimates, and progress charts are general information and record-keeping tools. You are responsible for choosing appropriate activity and seeking qualified help.

Your content

You keep your rights in private workout records, notes, measurements, photos, and custom exercise information. You permit Jijibisha and its service providers to store, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, protect, and improve the features you choose.

You are responsible for having the right to upload content and for keeping exports and shared device access secure.

Acceptable use

Reasonable technical limits may be used to protect the service and other users.

Availability and changes

Jijibisha aims to keep the mobile training path dependable, but no software or hosted service is uninterrupted. Maintenance, device failure, network conditions, app-store review, third-party providers, and security events may affect availability. Keep exports of information you cannot afford to lose.

Features may be added, changed, or removed. Material changes will receive notice appropriate to their effect where reasonably possible.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Jijibisha is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties that every result, estimate, instruction, cloud backup, or service will be uninterrupted, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Jijibisha is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Ending use

You may stop using Jijibisha at any time and may delete data on your device or an account through the available controls. Jijibisha may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, serious misuse, or repeated breach of these Terms. Provisions that logically continue after termination remain effective.

Questions and disputes

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement for the service unless a specific feature presents additional terms.
