Start or resume a workout, add exercises and sets, use the rest timer, and finish the session without a network.

Routines, workouts, exercise guidance, settings, and local progress remain available from the on-device record.

Reconnect for cloud actions
Account registration, sign-in, first backup, web access, and cloud synchronization require a connection.

Let pending changes catch up
When backup is enabled, locally queued changes can synchronize after the connection returns.
Good to know
- Do not uninstall or clear app storage before exporting or backing up data you want to keep.
- Offline-first does not mean every external account action is available offline.
