Live workouts are meant to change. You can add several exercises in one visit, rearrange the session, and use a different number of sets for every movement.

Open Add exercises
Search or filter the same exercise catalogue used elsewhere in the app. Tap a row to select it and tap again to remove it from the batch.

Review the batch
The selected count stays visible. Add the batch when the list contains the exercises you want.

Reorder the workout
Press and drag an exercise card to move it. The whole card acts as the drag target so you do not need to catch a small handle.

Change the number of sets
Expand an exercise, use Add set for more work, or remove a set you do not plan to perform.

Remove an exercise
Use the exercise actions to remove it from this workout. Other completed workouts and the source routine remain unchanged.
Good to know
- Exercise cards can be collapsed to keep long sessions compact.
- Changes are saved during the workout, not only when you press Finish.
