You can start training before creating an account or building a full program. An open workout lets you choose exercises as you go; a routine starts with a plan you can still change during the session.

Open Today or Train
Choose Start open workout for a blank session, or select a routine scheduled for today.

Choose exercises
Search by exercise name, muscle, or equipment. Select one or several movements, review the selection, and add them together.

Set up the first exercise
Add or remove sets, then enter the fields that fit the movement: repetitions, weight, time, or distance.

Record the completed set
Enter what you actually performed and mark the set done. Jijibisha saves meaningful edits immediately on the phone.

Finish when the session is over
Use Finish workout to save the completed session to history and update progress summaries.
Good to know
- The planned routine is not overwritten by changes made only in a live workout.
- An unfinished mobile workout can be resumed after leaving the screen or reopening the app.
