A routine is a reusable starting plan. It can be detailed or minimal, and a live workout created from it remains editable without rewriting the plan.

Name the session
Use a short name you can recognize on Today, such as Lower strength or Full body A.

Set an estimated duration
Enter the approximate session length in minutes. This is a planning estimate, not a countdown or required finish time.

Choose training days
Select every day when the routine should appear in your plan. You can leave all days clear for an on-demand routine.

Add exercises
Search, filter, view details, and select one or several exercises using the shared exercise picker.

Shape each exercise
Expand the exercise, add or remove sets, choose relevant fields, enter targets, and set rest time.

Save the routine
Review the order and targets, then save. You can edit the routine later without changing completed workout history.
Good to know
- Jijibisha does not force every exercise to start with the same three sets or rep range.
- Targets are plans; completed workout values are the historical record.
