Choose the intended session
Start the routine that matches your plan. The other scheduled routine remains available until you complete it or the day changes.

Record two sessions if needed
You can complete both routines as separate workouts. Their history and progress contributions remain distinct.

Simplify the schedule
If the overlap was accidental, edit either routine and change its selected days.
Good to know
- Jijibisha does not automatically combine same-day routines.
- A manually started on-demand routine can coexist with scheduled routines.
