Exercise progress is most useful when performances are comparable. The detail view helps you inspect the result without collapsing technique, equipment, and effort into one claim.
- 1
Choose an exercise
Open Progress and select an exercise highlight, or open the progress tab from an exercise detail page.
- 2
Select the period
Use the available range to separate a recent training block from a long-term history.
- 3
Compare like with like
Check load, repetitions, set type, equipment, and notes before treating two performances as directly comparable.
- 4
Open the source workout
When you need context, return to the completed session that produced the point or record.
Good to know
- Estimated one-repetition maximum is an estimate, not a tested maximum.
- Only completed work should contribute to performance summaries.
