Optional fields add context only when they match the movement and you can use them consistently. They can be enabled or hidden independently.
- 1
RPE
Rating of perceived exertion describes how hard a completed set felt, commonly on a 1–10 scale in resistance training.
- 2
RIR
Repetitions in reserve estimates how many acceptable repetitions you believe remained after the set.
- 3
Time
Duration fits timed holds, intervals, carries, cardio, mobility, and other work where seconds or minutes matter more than repetitions.
- 4
Distance
Distance fits running, rowing, cycling, loaded carries, and other movements that travel a measurable length.
Good to know
- Do not add weight and repetitions to a movement only because the fields are available.
- Subjective effort estimates become more useful with practice and consistent definitions.
