Learn what the optional set fields mean and when each one is useful.
Optional fields add context only when they match the movement and you can use them consistently. They can be enabled or hidden independently.
Rate how hard a completed set felt from 1–10. This is also called rating of perceived exertion, or RPE.
Estimate how many good repetitions you think you could still have completed. This is also called reps in reserve, or RIR.
Duration fits timed holds, intervals, carries, cardio, mobility, and other work where seconds or minutes matter more than repetitions.
Distance fits running, rowing, cycling, loaded carries, and other movements that travel a measurable length.
